So, a couple weeks ago, I was entered into a competition to win a signed test pressing of the new Ezra Furman (and the visions) album, Transangelic Exodus which if you read my review you will know I absolutely loved. I thought it was definitely the best album that they’ve made.
You might ask: Why would you be so excited about a record that has a white label and cover and has no insert? Because this is one of the first copies in existence and it’s signed, that’s why. Also, there’s something cool about the cover and how this copy was used to make thousands of other copies. That’s pretty cool
So major kudos to Rough Trade, this is the first time I’ve ever won something.
