Hercules and love affair: Omnion Album Review

This post is a follow up to my unboxing of the Rough Trade album of the month, which you can find here.

This is an amazing album. Every sibgle song is an absolute masterpiece of a song, whether it be in the Depeche Mode-esque Controller, the subtle title track or the abolute banger that is Rejoice, with each song just as out there as the band’s image would suggest. Once again, thanks to Rough Trade for introducing me to another fantastic band through their album of the month subscription. This is an instant classic and I will definitely be listening to this for years to come.

There are simply no bad tracks on this album, and this is not a term I throw around lightly, but I honestly think this is the best dance album of the decade, hands down.

This is what dance music should be.
